Welcome to InstaReply. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the InstaReply mobile application and related services ("Service") operated by Orion Dijital ("we", "our", or "us"). By using InstaReply, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use InstaReply. You must have an Instagram Business or Creator account to use the automation features. By using our Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account and Access

To use InstaReply, you must connect your Instagram account via Meta's official OAuth login. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts and for all activities that occur through your use of the Service. You must not share your account access with unauthorized third parties.

4. Credit System

InstaReply uses a credit-based system. Each automated interaction (comment reply + DM) consumes 1 credit. Credits are allocated based on your subscription plan and reset at the beginning of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over to the next period. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

InstaReply offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms of the respective platform. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.

7. Meta Platform Compliance

InstaReply operates using the official Meta Business API. Your use of the Service is subject to Meta's Platform Terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. If Meta revokes API access or changes their policies, certain features may be modified or discontinued.

8. Intellectual Property

The InstaReply app, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by Orion Dijital and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

InstaReply is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automation will achieve specific results. Instagram's API availability and behavior are controlled by Meta, and changes to their platform may affect our Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orion Dijital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of InstaReply. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

You may stop using InstaReply at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account and uninstalling the app. We may terminate or suspend your access without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of İzmir, Türkiye.
